The ABC German School offers German learning experiences for all ages:
Preschool Program
Our German Immersion preschool program for ages 2-5 is held entirely in German.
Mini-Me Club Class
Early childhood development class for children 10-24 month old accompanied by a parent/caregiver.
Kindergarten Pre-K
The German Pre-Kindergarten classes is for children age 4 by August 31st before the beginning school year.
after school classes
After school German classes are intended for children ages 5-16 and are offered from 4-7pm.
Evening Classes
The ABC German Daycare School offers German language evening classes for adults of all levels.
summer camps
Our 1-week long summer camps are total immersion language camps and are theme based.
Birthday Parties
Our birthday parties for kids ages 1-10 are action-packed. Parties are in German and/or English.

Preschool Program
What to expect
Immersion Preschool
ABC German Immersion preschool is a 4-hour program that is held entirely in German. Children will hear, speak and learn German in a child friendly environment. Toys and games match the age group of their individual classes. Craft, cooking and science projects are theme related and teach many cognitive and academic skills. Classes also include theatre play, music lessons, field trips as well as outdoor play and gardening projects in our fenced-in yard with playground. Children are served a warm lunch daily.
All teachers are fluent in German with degrees in Psychology, Early Childhood Education and foreign language teaching. A regular updated website lets parents follow the curriculum, school highlights, holiday celebrations and fieldtrip dates. Teachers develop a well balanced and interesting curriculum for the school year, which runs from September-June. Our student-teacher ratio is 7:1, with 14 children per class maximum.

"Kindertreff": Enrichment Program and Playgroup for 2-5 year olds
The German Enrichment Program and Playgroup "Kindertreff" will include nap time or quiet time, snack, outdoor play time and games, specialty classes every week and themed crafts. Specialty or Enrichment classes will be Sport and Movement classes, Art classes, Music and Science classes alternating weekly. This program is meant in addition to our regular Preschool and Pre-K program.

Mini-Me Classes for
Children 10-24 Month
Three-dimensional learning at an early age:
Focusing on muscle control, motor skill development and coordination. Supporting color recognition, German language development and number & letter recognition.
Fostering independence, sharing, cooperation, discovery and early interaction development. Themed around seasons/holidays/traditions/yoga/crafts.
This 90 minute-indoor/outdoor class is limited to 5 children & parent/caregiver.

"German is Fun!": For Beginning and Intermediate Students
We are excited to offer "German is Fun" Beginner and Intermediate students, ages 5-14 at the ABC German School in Bellevue. New materials have been developed for these particular classes, which include exercises, copies and hands-on learning tools geared towards your child's language level. There will be a lot more German conversation, but the curriculum also includes writing and reading for the older and more advanced children.

Summer Camps 2025
What to expect
themed summer camps
"ABC Sommerprogramm" are German Immersion Summer Camps designed for children ages 3-8 to learn the German language through songs, games and play. Classes are kept small with a ratio of 1:7 (2 German native teachers with a maximum of 14 children) to ensure individual language development for each child. The camps are held indoors and outdoors at the ABC German School with a child friendly fenced-in backyard and playground.
Each week has its own theme with crafts, songs and games to match the weekly topic. Children will be provided daily with a warm lunch and drinks (included in the price).
Total time of care: Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 2:00pm

Join us for a deliciously fun summer camp filled with exciting culinary adventures. Each day offers hands-on kitchen activities with simple, seasonal recipes and imaginative play. Come visit our crepe shop, an Italian restaurant, our ice cream parlor, a curry wurst kiosk or go with us on a picknick in the park. Join us for a week filled with flavor and fun!

What to expect
Our birthday parties for children ages 1-10 are action-packed. Parties are in German and/or English. We create the perfect celebration, designed with your child's favorite activities and unique, age-appropriate birthday games and adventures in mind.
We provide 2 hours of nonstop fun and the entire party would center on your child as the "star" of all activities. Our experienced staff handles everything including the planning, decorating, setup, entertainment and, of course, cleanup!! You would have exclusive use of our homelike, child friendly facility including a large fenced-in outdoor playground!
Our party package includes: 1 teacher to lead your child's party, cake plates, forks and cups for the children, art and crafts, game supplies. All you provide is the Birthday cake, napkins and decorations if you wish!
Please let us know the date you are looking for, so we can check availability! We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a party date.
Cost: $250/2 hours (1-10 children), $350/2 hours (10-20 children).
